Gem Jewelers Co. takes our promise of our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.(See below for Exclusions.)

Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you your item back or we can start an exchange.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Returning your item(s) to Gem Jewelers Co. requires these steps to be followed with care and attention. In order for us to process your return, please contact us and request an RMA number. Once your RMA number is obtained, you must write it on the outside of the box in clear visible letters in order for us to accept your package.
