Returning your item(s) to Gem Jewelers Co. requires these steps to be followed with care and attention. In order for us to process your return, please email us at Info@gemjewelersco.com to request an RMA number, and a representative will be happy to assist you. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
