Gem Jewelers Co. Ships all packages with FedEx or USPS with a signature required. Any purchase made above $500 will come with door to door jewelry insurance. For any international shipments please contact one of our representatives for an unbeatable shipping price quote.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days and are shipped with Overnight Service. Saturday Delivery is available upon request on some packages.
Custom orders take 5-10 days to manufacture, and ship with Overnight Delivery.

Please note: Upon receiving your tracking number it may only update after 6 PM PST on FedEx or USPS website.

All canceled order are subject to our return policy.

Some items are not abled to be canceled from moment of order placement.
