At Gem Jewelers Co., quality is the foundation of everything we create. Every piece of jewelry is thoughtfully designed, expertly manufactured, and carefully inspected to meet our high standards for craftsmanship, durability, and finish.

Before any item leaves our workshop, it goes through a detailed quality control process to ensure the structure, setting, and overall construction meet our expectations. This process helps guarantee that each piece is built to last and ready to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

Because we stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship, Gem Jewelers Co. provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises that is determined to be the result of the original manufacturing process, our team will carefully evaluate the piece and perform the appropriate repair to restore it to proper condition.

Warranty Coverage

Our lifetime warranty includes the following services:
  • • Prong tightening
  • • Clasp adjustments
  • • Loose stone tightening (excluding replacement of stones larger than 0.05 ct.)
  • • Ring resizing within 14 days of delivery (excludes eternity bands)

Important Information

Shipping costs are not included in warranty services.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear that may occur over time through everyday use.

PREMIUM WARRANTY

We also offer a Premium Repair Service available for purchase, which will cover your item for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

The Premium Repair Package includes repairs that may need parts of jewelry which have been damaged with normal wear and tear use of our merchandise.

This is a list of services that will be covered with your Premium Warranty Package.

  • Ring Resizing
  • Yearly Polish, and Rhodium Plating
  • Chain Soldering
  • Stone Replacement
  • Free Cleaning Kit (Cloth and Spray)

Please note any repairs done by any jeweler or repair service other than Gem Jewelers Co. will automatically void any warranties or services provided by Gem Jewelers Co.
We also reserve the right to revoke this service to anyone seeming to abuse the service, with intentional damage or stone removal.
